Spirit Lake Public Library Summer Reading Program is a great program for your child to sign up! They have many great books and fun special events for the summer. 

Raz-Kids is a online leveled reader site. It has a great selection of books. Your child can even record their reading and send it to me!

Night Zoo Keeper is a fun writing site where children can create their own magical creatures and stories. Your child already has an account, username and password.

Tumble Books is another online book site. It is available through Spirit Lake Public Library.

ABCya! has many math games that help your child polish up their number sense and fact fluency.

We had another great reading celebration! Many thanks to all the parent volunteers and Noon Kiwanis for donating the books.

Coding Robots

We had fun exploring coding with Pro-Bots. It takes a bit of thinking, planning and reflecting to make these robots move the ways we wonted them to.

We are all about being green now. We practice sorting our recycle bin. Our school has our own recycling center. 

Animal Unit

We have started the animal unit in science. We learned about animal classification.
